to record some of your workout videos in the gym and share with us..
hey sean i was woundering if u had a workout rutine for beginers i founs
one from 6 pack short cuts…push ups 30 sec, toe touches 30 sec, squats 30
sec, high knees 30 sec rest for a min or so repeat x3 or x4

information I need to get the body I want; Now I just need to cut down on
the fast food which will be easy and maybe difficult since I work in retail
and the food around me is just fast food.

Hey shawn, why do i need to eat more carbs than protein when building
muscle. According to your calculator i need 170P and 425C. I thought
protein was the building block of muscles.
